Chinachem Group (CCG) is partnering with HKSTP to launch a range of initiatives that will encourage the adoption of smart city solutions developed by quality tech ventures and foster cutting-edge innovation in Hong Kong.
The first initiative under this partnership is the “CCG Accel – Powered by HKSTP” programme, a pioneering pilot-first accelerator programme aimed at propelling high potential start-ups through a pilot-to-mass adoption process. The programme covers a series of three themed accelerator cohorts run by both CCG and HKSTP.

ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME
“CCG Accel – Powered by HKSTP” is one of the initiatives under the partnership of CCG and HKSTP. It is a pioneering pilot-first accelerator programme aimed at propelling high-potential tech ventures through a pilot-to-mass adoption process. The accelerator programme consists of three themed cohorts in two years.

CCG will provide designated stages as the stage for piloting real-life scenarios for each cohort. Mentors from CCG will share their expertise with selected tech ventures to shape the solutions prior to mass adoption.
Tech ventures will also benefit from promotion through HKSTP’s network and its value-added services. The first two cohort concluded successfully in April 2022 and March 2023 respectively. The third cohort kick-started in August 2023 with the theme of generative AI.
